How to process Custom Printing on radios

For All radios that come in for warranty repair or inhouse repair that have custom printing on them, and they require a new housing, you will need to do the following:

Confirm with either the Sales Rep or the Customer if they would like us to handle the "Custom Printing".  If we are handling the printing, then you will need to add it to the Original Estimate for the repairs and you will use the SKU: Custom Printing and insert the details as shown in the example below:

Once the estimate is approved, we turn it into a Sales Order and send the radios to Logistics. Once Logistics has processed the order, Faith then creates the PO (Purchase Order) for the "Custom Printing" and then Logistics takes the radios to Titan. Once the printing has been completed, the radios are sent back to Logistics from Titan for the radios to then be shipped out.
